The best way
to see all of the Covered Bridges of Bucks County is to spend a
weekend here in Bucks County. That way, not only will you be
able to see all of the covered bridges, but you will also be
able to see some of the other great things Bucks County has to

have to check out this store; it is on River Road between
the Erwinna Covered Bridge and the Uhlerstown Covered
Bridge, on the right side when driving south. They have the
best gourmet food and chef supplies. You will be amazed at
how much great stuff they can fit into this cool little
store.

Delaware River Tubing: Take a
relaxing inner tube ride down the Delaware River, and enjoy

Visit
F.P. Kolbe
and the Bucks County Trading Post in Point
Pleasant, Pa. It’s an antique store, a flea market and much
more! 215-297-5666. While you are
there, walk down the towpath to see an “uncovered bridge”. Actually, it’s the Point Pleasant Aqueduct, and this is a
really cool bridge!

Take
a walk along the towpath and the Delaware Canal.

Take
a short drive (14 miles) to New Hope, PA. Enjoy this unique
artist’s colony, and all of its unique shops, boutiques and
restaurants. Stroll across the bridge to New Hope’s sister
town, Lambertville, NJ, the antiques capital of the area.

Enjoy “Second Saturday” in New Hope and Lambertville. Lots
of music, entertainment, special events, exhibits, fun,
food, and arts, and many of the shops are open until 9:00
pm!

Visit Peddler's Village in
Lahaska. This award-winning 42-acre Victorian shopping
village has become one of Bucks County's premier
attractions, and boasts 70 unique specialty shops, six
restaurants, and Giggleberry Fair, a family entertainment

This is just a small sampling of

out the quaint towns of Erwinna, Point Pleasant and Lumberville
(take a walk across the Delaware River on the footbridge!).
